When offered promotional discount codes on the website, they will be applicable on all or certain specified products and services. Also one promotional code will apply per order for a limited period of time.
The customer or the buyer will be responsible for the payment of all fees, costs, charges and any form of tax in relation to the purchase of goods and services you agree to buy from us.
Warranty and Damaged Products
Our products and services are made with quality and care. Product breakage due to chewing, water exposure or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear is not a manufacturer’s defect. Tarnishing, fading, and fraying are also not manufacturing defect and hence will not be replaced.

TPC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, TPC believes that the conduct by the customer violates applicable law or is harmful to website.
Cancellations
TPC has a right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. This maybe due to availability or quantity of the iproduct, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will send an email confirming your order and we may contact you to confirm this before shipping your order. For all COD orders, we will contact you to confirm this before shipping your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, it will be reversed back in your Card Account.
In case of requests for order cancellations, TPC reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. You may cancel the order within 24 hours from the time you place an order before the product is processed by TPC. Any cancellation requests before the order is being processed which is approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount with-in 15-20 working days. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
TPC has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by TPC and accept their decision regarding the cancellation.
