SHIPPING
All orders placed are handed over to trusted and reliable courier companies.
PAYMENT
We offer safe and secure credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery, google pay and netbanking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.
ORDERS
On placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and we may contact you to confirm this before shipping your order. For all COD orders, we will contact you to confirm this before shipping your order.
SHIPPING TIME
We dispatch the shipment within 24hrs from the date of the order. Our orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Orders placed for Kolkata are delivered in 1 working day. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track
down a package through our partner courier services.
Orders can be tracked through the tracking number which will be sent to you on your email address. Please ensure that you fill in your correct email address.
SHIPPING CHARGES
There is a nominal shipping fee applicable on all orders. For all orders above INR 1500, shipping is free!
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item via the store credit provided to you by our team.
You may raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. To raise an exchange request, please make sure you mention your order ID and send a photograph of the product(s) to woof@thepoochcollective.in
On receiving your request, our logistics partner will pick up the order from you at no cost to you*. Please ensure that the item, is in its original packaging with tags intact and in a re-sellable condition. Do keep the pick up slip with you, so we can co ordinate with our logistics partner about your order.
Upon receiving your order, our warehouse team will run a quality check and review your request and take an appropriate decision. We will offer you an exchange* or a store credit. In case the product for exchange is unavailable then we will offer you store credit and inform you on when the item is back in our store.
We recommend you to use your store credit immediately. However the store credit is valid upto one month from the date of issuance. The cost for exchange or multiple exchanges is to be borne by the customer. We will not accept exchange requests for ANY of the products listed on the website unless it is damaged/broken or expired. You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We will only accept exchange requests on Dog Clothes with sizing issues. We request you to refer to the sizing chart and ensure that you measure your pet before ordering. If you are unsure about the size you need, we always recommend going up a size.

We will not accept your exchange request in the below mentioned circumstances:
1. If your request is initiated after 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. If the product is used, altered, damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
3. Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices is also not eligible for exchanges.

RETURNS
We unfortunately do not accept any return requests.
Cancellations
You may cancel the order within 24 hours from the time you place an order before the product is processed by TPC. You can make a cancellation on the website or by emailing us on woof@thepoochcollective.in
Damaged/Broken/Expired Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged/ broken/ expired products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
